  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Tracking is sent by email once your order ships

International Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Tracking is included with all international orders


Do you offer free shipping?

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you may return it according to our Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
